Week #30…Repetition…
Day 29 of 365…
I’m not big fan of selective coloring…but this asked for it. 
So this begins a new weekly theme…Bokeh…
It’s hard to take pics of small objects with the polaroid…you have to have at least 3.5 feet between it and the camera…and I always judge the actual photo area wrong with this thing…but I like happy accidents anyway.

I only have two more models in the Modula Origami section of my son’s Origami book to make!
Today I made a Japanese brocade, a spinner and butterfly ball!
Japanese brocade…I love how these look and they are super easy! Only six units and easy folds and assembly!
spinner…pretty easy also but a pain in the butt to put together with post it notes! The sticky part does not let the units slide together like they should!
butterfly ball…simple, folding…pain in the arse to put together when it’s your first time. Once I figured it out it went together pretty easy. And I don’t know if it just mine or not but it is not a very sturdy model.
I can’t believe I forgot to blog the other two I did…
Modular Cube…pretty easy to make…12 units I think…Lori says it looks like an Easter basket, I think so too!
Kusudama…the coolest one so far! LOTS of folding and a PAIN to assemble! 30 units that all tuck into each other! But so cool to look at!

My son has taken up origami recently and tonight he was making fireworks…so I decided to join him!
